B. Customization
We can create, validate and administer any assessment or survey of your choice. Once given the assignment, we would develop a prototype instrument for your initial approval, conduct pilot tests, revise as necessary, and prepare a computer scoring mechanism that would produce profiles reflecting the items requested to be measured. Structural and Reliability studies would be done to ensure validity. Customized instruments can be translated and interpreted in any language.
