Our highly collaborative approach follows these five phases:
- Identification of the issue(s) to be worked on
- Individual and team diagnosis of the issue
- Development of innovative solutions
- Joint action planning
- Presentation of suggested plans to senior management for their consideration
Examples of issues addressed include excessive turnover, communications, motivation, performance, accountability, morale, teamwork, and public relations.
Plans are specific with resource allocation, costs, time frames, accountabilities, and results anticipated.
This activity can be done on or off site, should involve a minimum of 8 key participants and take two full days.
