Managerial Leadership

Depending upon the critical issues involved, we conduct (and train in- house people to conduct) a variety of managerial practices designed to increase managerial effectiveness. Examples would be: context setting, work planning, personal effectiveness appraisal, delegation, coaching, team meetings and process improvement.

Individual development planning is based on an on-line assessment of a manager’s values and thinking that drives their managerial behavior. The twelve factors assessed clearly describes what managerial leadership behaviors the individual possesses that are constructive and those that require change. Action plans are agreed to and implemented.
